My baby seems to get really fussy during feelings sometimes. Should I be concerned?

My son would not like spit up really just fussy and made a weird thing/expression like he had heart burn lol it's really impossible to explain. But he only spits up often when he is off his meds for a few days and gets fussy
But I don't know about acid reflux... I may have to ask the doctor about that one
He's about seven weeks and I noticed that about my son too! I try sitting him up while feeding and it seems to help a little...
How old is your baby? My son would get really fussy when he layed to eat and about 30 minutes after. Turns out he has acid reflex
I'll give that a shot. He passes gas pretty well, but you could be right! Thanks :)
Try burping them more, gas can make them very uncomfortable
