dose anyone use heating patches in their last few weeks of pregnancy my back is killing me

I'm 25 weeks and use a heating pad for my back and sciatic nerve at least twice a week

I'm 33 weeks I just can't remember what I can can't use.

I'm 20 weeks and I use my heating pad everyday lol you could also take a bath (no soap)

@lynna0909, I can't get out of the tub anymore the last time I did that I got stuck in the tub cause my back locked up even more then it was

Oh wel shower then lol either way
