no. wait till after but I didn't give my son any only because he didn't have a fever or swelling and he wasn't in pain.

I always have a reaction to vaccines, head ache, hives, fever, so my doctor told me to give Eli Tylenol before his shots

my doctor recommended it so I did. I forgot though for his 6 month needles but he was fine.
