Do any of you momma's deal with congestion? My nose is always congested 😩

yes I go through that all the time. especially now with pollen being so bad where I live. I have never had problems with it before but now it's got me.

it is probably because the nasel passages swell do to the excess blood the body makes during pregnancy. if it's allergy related you can take benadryl.

@bwitmer, have you tried a neti pot? It works really good & is safe during pregnancy
