Social services decided to pop by and invite herself in...but not for any reason I had thought. Apparently, someone with my fiances name had their rights revoked and whenever that happens, social services comes to the house to make sure the baby is OK for any subsequent child. She even warned me that this will happen the next time we have a child as well. SERIOUSLY? How about get a fucking system that doesn't flag people unless their name AND birthday match. I love how often I get to see the system waste their money and resources.

@francesgln92, if he had some unique name, I could totally see them checking up on it to make sure he wasn't trying to fly under the radar, but his name is Michael Johnson. You're seriously going to check up on people with a common as fuck name like that?

dang that's crazy they should cross reference everything before just showing up to the wrong dudes house. like check the name the birthday , social security #, home address, everything

@katarama, another worker was at our house like a week or two ago because of my son's dad. like, his birthday hasn't magically changed between now and them.

oh no I would of blown up if she just walked in to my house like that without showing me any paperwork or giving me any reason as to why she is there. and then she is done I would demand her supervisors name and number because I would be complaining about this ride worker and want to know if this is the way they are going about things now.
