walk as much as possible just don't get don't wait to long to go to the hospital. if you get there to late you can't get the epidural. kudos to women who can do it naturally lol

Awe I got mines today and I lost some of my mucus plug 20 mins ago @raising_carson16

I got mine at 39 weeks and had him 3 days later. my mucus plug started coming out the very next day so it happened fast. good luck (:

Nun was offered she just did the membrane sweep and she said it should help speed up the process and I been hurting every since @numommy2016
