Hmm. Prenatals do not contain estrogen so they shouldn't affect your cycle. I would try to test again, maybe tomorrow morning. You probably already know, but do it first thing when you wake up. If you get another negative, maybe call your doctor and see what you can do. Stress could delay it as well but definitely shouldn't be your prenatal.

I've never heard of them delaying a period. Have you taken a test?
