Dr just called, have to go in tomorrow for Rhogam shot. Seriously don't remember getting one with my first baby

there usually isn't a problem with 1st pregnancy, it's after that because your body builds the antibodies because of the first pregnancy, and then try to attach subsequent pregnancies.
