Why is it some woman suggest having your SO snipped if you don't want no more babies? Like that doesn't sound fair. He gets cut and can't have no more bullets but your still able to work that housing unit. It doesn't sound fair or right.

Agree! My husband and I discussed this and if one of us gets it done, then so does the other.

most of the time it's reversible for men and it's just a snip women have to go into surgery much easier for the man to do it and also getting your tubes tied can lead to serious complications

my husband is getting done and I'm not. it takes local anesthetic for him, minimal risks. for a woman, you are admitted, get your belly filled with air, and tied (not even a for sure way to prevent pregnancy) and then you have to essentially walk off the air and are limited for about 2 weeks at least what you can do.

That's not fair what if you don't work out and he meets someone else

I have a fear of medical procedures like that.... for a man, it's a local anesthetic and a small, most times reversible snip. I ain't going out to get pregnant lol. If a man doesn't want any more kids, then he should do a responsible thing and avoid the situation.... plus my husband has another kid from when he cheated on his ex wife. he said he wants one more and he's done.

also, I can't get my tubes tied until I'm 25, but I only want one more baby. my husband is 34 and will have 3 kids then and he doesn't want any more than that.

I told my husband about the procedure for a woman and the complications and he decided to take one for the team and will be the one getting the procedure lol. Besides I'm the one who takes care of the kids so he won't survive if I'm out for a while!
