Okay I'll try using that. A lot of women said using mid day is best for ovulation and of course morning is best for pregnancy tests.

@lillyb, I used opks for a long time and got ancy when I got multiple positives during one of my cycles and scheduled an appointment with my obgyn and he told me it's best to take opks midday or in the afternoon because first morning urine is the most concentrated and can lead to false positive opks.
