Woke up with a swollen lymphnode, and slight sign of possible sinus issues.. If I get sick can this hurt the baby? My mother in law lacks an immune system, ans so she gets really sick, and I have to deal with her around me for this month.. Which Im pissed about, but unfortunatrly she doesnt have much time left.

But I worry with her getting pneumonia and all this other crap, will me, and baby be okay? When I get sick, I realllly get sick..
