Someone please help all day I've had massive heartburn but had to suffer through cause we don't have milk and our wic and food stamps come at the end of this week. well I didn't think anything of it just toughed it out well then I had such bad gas pains I was curled up in a ball screaming in a pillow my poor 17 month old daughter was trying to make me feel better. well the gas pains then turned into deathly farts which turn into a fucked up stomach so I took a nexium and two Imodium. when my stomach continued to be fucked up the bottle said take two more so I did. all of it went away for two hours tops now it's back but now I feel like it's going to come out both ends I'm miserable cause I can hear my stomach bubbling I know tmi I'm sorry but idk what to do... I can't be prego cause I just had a period two weeks ago. idk where I could have gotten a virus from me and my daughter barley leave the house due to one vehicle and hubs works all the time. what can I do??? please help me !!!!!!!!
