@myjulyprincesseli, that's exactly happening to my son, I rub his belly he keep crying.

the few times it happen to my daughter she's at her back and her tummy would be hard and when I would rub it and sooth her she'd calm down but it was a all night thing where the aching would come back

They will cry, their stomach will feel hard and they will arch their back.
