Well my doctor told me I tested positive for gbs... not in a good mood after that

It's actually really common. It's a bacteria that all women have just sometimes it's active and sometimes it's not. I haven't tested pos for it before but I know all it means is that you get a round of antibiotics when you go Into labor.

that's what my doctor told me... but the nurse shot me a dirty look when she read the results it made me feel bad

Group b strep. It's just a bacteria that you get swabbed for around 35 weeks.

it's a bactria found in most women it's either active or it's not... it's not harmful to you and you can't give it to anyone else but it can be harmful to your newborn if you test positive for it so that's why doctors give you antibiotics while in labor unless your having a csection then there's no need for antibiotics becaus the baby isn't at risk
