Tomorrow afternoon I have my ultrasound to find out the sex of the baby!!! Anyone have tips of what to eat or drink to make sure baby is moving around and able to show off whether baby is a boy or girl??? Don't know how I'm supposed to sleep tonight!

I don't think there's anything to make it easier for them to see it all depends on baby but Wat I can say is go in there with a full bladder

Don't worry if they are a good tech then they will still be able to see. My baby was upside down and she still read it @1sttimemommie

Just drink water until you feel like your bladder is full, you don't have to drink the amount they said. (Nurse told me that secret). & maybe have a cup of sugary coffee about a half hour before your appointment and bring an ice cold water bottle with you.

@1sttimemommie, nope i Jst went for my 20 week ultra sound like a month or 2 ago and they told me to do that
