has anyone only taken morphine for the pain of contractions and nothing else? did it help?

@chrissytee yeah you have a say in what they give you. Morphine is the pain med they use, you don't have to get the epidural

Hmmmmm.. That's interesting.. I've never heard anyone mention that. Epidural makes me nervous for sure but I don't want to pressure myself to go without a relief if I need it you know?? I might look in to that!

there is no comparison it's for those who want a natural birth and not the epidural it doesn't stop the pain just coats it sortof @chrissytee
