I've heard some people can have a slow leak and with the increase in discharge I can't really tell. baby is moving of that helps. @emmajeremy2627

My stomach makes popping noises all the time. my Dr told me that it was probably babies joints. I've heard of other woman going through the same thing but never really able to pinpoint what exactly it is.

When the babies stretch they crack bones and we can actually hear it, super freaky

If it calms you i have a huge increase in discharge too even went to l&d for it 2 weeks ago. They said if its your water after laying down you'll feel a gush come out. or everytime you cough. as you get later in pregnancy discharge is increased a lot
