Oh goodness, I need help! I think I have a clogged duct in my boob. it's swollen and sore to touch, and no matter how much I pump, it won't produce more than an ounce. And that whole one ounce looks really watery. I've been doing the hot washrag on it, but it doesn't seem to help. Any tips?

@mrs.maki, I know it will be sore buy take a hot shower and massage that's how I got the clogged duct out of my breast
