I'm a damn good toddler teacher... While I HATE my job, it's not because of any of the kids... I absolutely adore every single one of the kids that I have it have had in the past. I hate how the place is is run, I hate the shit pay, and the shit hours and the absolutely SHIT co-workers.. When I am with my one year olds, guess what?? They don't bite, they rarely hit, they actually listen, don't throw temper tantrums. they go home clean without any boo boos and they have fun. I teach them, I help them learn EVERY DAMN DAY. They are happy.. they take their naps and wake up in great moods unless they get sick. My room gets bleached including all the toys once a week. I follow every stupid fucking cleaning procedure unless the day gets hectic I might miss a step. but other than that it's great. stressful but great... but when you get some girl in there that has no fucking structure and the kids absolutely HATE her, THEY ACT OUT. I still don't hate my kids, I hate the stupid little girl they get stuck with. SO. Don't judge me based on a rant. When you don't know how I work.. my kids adore me as well as their parents. I don't have "serious issues" im a fucking human who gets pissed and other fucking humans stupidity. and guess what, just because I used bad language does NOT mean I shouldn't be working in daycare... Back the fuck up.
