Help with back pain

Tylonal , warm bath, heating pad propping a pillow between your legs (laying on your side) and they sell back supports at Walmart that helped me a ton when I was pregnant.

Helps take the pressure of your back and it comes in different prices and styles.

@sadiej, warm baths were a life saver for me. My son sat on my sciatic nerve constantly. Very painful. I took a bath a few times a day sometimes.
