I'm so tired of people commenting on the size of my 4 month old. "my grandson was 3x her size" or…

don't sweat it! my first born has always been tiny. he is 5 and a half and hardly 35 pounds. he wore 9 to 12 month clothes until he was nearly 2. but he also walked at 8 months, was running by 1 year, is very quick and agile to this day and he is super smart. I will take all of that to being "average size". My husband and I always say that he would have been considered normal size when we were babies.

it's your baby. don't give a damn wtf they say. if your baby wasn't healthy your doctor would of intervened. look at it this way your baby could fit in her clothes longer

What are they saying? My son was 7lbs 2oz but he's now 9 months and still only 17 lbs

I'm in the same boat, my 7 month old is 12lb. My daughter was born with a large hole in her heart which caused her to not gain. She had open heart surgery to repair it and is doing well.. But I still hear it constantly from strangers "she's so small" "oh my gosh she's tiny" Gee thanks I didn't notice. I try not to let it bother me, but it does. If your baby is healthy and your dr isn't concerned just try to ignore people's stupid comments.
