Hello mommies,
I had a Dr apt today, I'm 26w1d. The Dr told me that I'm gaining too much weight... Pre pregnancy weight I was 214, already overweight, and today I weighed 234, gaining 20lbs. They took my BP right after they weighed me and it was 124/90.. Which could have been because I was worked up about my weight.. The Dr also told me that my glucose test was in the normal range, but high in the normal range... She had my BP taken again, it shot down to 120/78 ... The Dr has me so stressed and so worried about my weight.. I have been crying all day... I just want to be happy and pregnant.. I don't know what to do anymore.. My eating habits have not changed at all since even before I was pregnant... I'm just worried and stressed now..

I've gained 20lbs and my doc says it's fine and I weigh more than you.. @veda1010 I wouldn't worry about it too much ❤😗

Second opinion? Maybe. As long as you're eating right, I wouldn't be too worried.

I wouldn't worry about the glucose number. that doesn't have anything to do with your weight or weight gain. I was 160 when I took my test and I was 1 point below the range for gestational diabetes. my baby was born healthy :) just remember stress is more harmful to your baby then weight gain
