Do you just have really bad morning sickness? I had it really bad until about 20wks. B6 vitamin with Zyrtec during the day and B6 with Unisom at night, does wonders 😒 I hope this helps you momma!

Welcome to the first trimester. You will often feel like the back end of any animal you choose and feel like total crap. If your anything like me the morning sickness will absolutely suck. My savior was a spritz and Gatorade mixed half and half in a hospital bottle or a large water bottle. Easier to keep down and will keep you hydrated. I was in the hospital for half of my first trimester due to lack of hydration. Don't worry though it's normal to feel like your just surviving through it. Some will say you will feel better in the second trimester but it's not always true. Just rest and try and keep hydrated it's more normal then abnormal to loose a couple pounds and throw quite a bit up. Also if it helps grape juice is awesome because it tastes the same coming back up as it did go down. Try sprite and Gatorade mix though. It helped me a ton! Good luck!

Honey, ask your dr for Diclegis! It is a miracle worker. It's made especially for pregnant women unlike zofran so it's perfectly safe. I still take two every night because unfortunately my morning sickness never went away. But you will literally feel better the next day after taking two at night. It saved my life lol seriously. I lost 6lbs in a week and I was already petite. I was miserable until they prescribed me Diclegis.

Ask doctor for a prescription that can help and my sickness went away around 13 weeks or so - you're almost there!!

@pure_imagination, I feel dehydrated more often than not. I will definitely try the Gatorade but sprite seems like it would make me belch more, I'm always belching...I haven't burped this much in my life. Thanks for the advice mamas @realdancemom my Dr prescribed Phenergan but it doesn't even touch this, plus it makes me so sleepy (( as if I'm not exhausted as is )). I will call my drs tomorrow and ask about the Diclegis, thanks mama @m8626 seems so far away! 😕

Have they given you dissolve tablets or have they given you a pill to swallow?

Ask for a dissolve tablets instead, they go under your tongue, taste funny, they are gone within 30 seconds and they helped me instead of a pill sitting in your stomach. I have to Zofran tablets or if that doesn't work it may be worth a shot to take some suppository medicine.
