Oh don't be you'll be alright I was scared to and I started getting contractions at 35 weeks and felt shitty for the whole week before nauseous and had diarrhea then at 5 on a Monday my contractions started and we're back to back so I started timing them and they started at like 7 then the next was like 6 minutes so I got in the shower and by the time I was out they were probably only a minute apart so we raced to the hospitial for them to tell me I wasn't in labor cause I was only dilated to a one but they would keep me to see if I progressed or the contractions stopped well about an hour later they were only about 10 seconds apart and he wasn't able to get any oxygen so they started to induce me and at 7 pm the next day I had him and I don't remember much cause I was on such good pain control medicine I would have to say the pressure when he was crowning feels the worse and you'll feel that even with an epidural @mommyof2016
