I knit and crochet and that yarn is great. Walmart has a kit with multiple size hooks and a book for beginners that shows some simple techniques

i would but softer yarn for something for baby hold on ill show you one i like they have it at Wal-Mart they also have baby yarn but i never liked that kind so well

i do crochet. its not very expensive at all. mostly depends on the quality of the tools you buy. Wal-Mart has cheap hooks that work great. i learned by watching YouTube videos. i used to sell online as well.

crochet and doing crochet braids are 2 completely different things lol
