is a swing necessary? that'd the only thing i haven't bought

Deacon loves his but I've heard some babies don't like them @hermommy

I never had a swing with my first son..I did have a bouncer that sat on the floor and vibrated and he was just fine with that!!!. I)

My first and third loved loved loved the swing! It's the only place baby 3 goes to sleep in without fighting for hours. Middle kid hated it!

Depends on baby. My parents had 6kids only 3 of us used it

agreed @mommyofacountryboy . my girls liked the bouncer or rockers and my son loved the swing.

@wiccanmommy, exactly every baby is different or my like it one day & not the next. Mine loved the swing & bouncer for months now hates them will sit in the swing once a week for 10 mins now.
