How long did it take for you to get your first period after having you little one? how bad was it?

6 weeks. Not as bad cramps as I have had in my life, but the BLOOD omg it was SO MUCH!!! I had to use pads and change every 30 min. I spent half of it on the toilet just draining!
The bleeding was so heavy a tampon wouldn't even help for 30 mins
my cramps where so bad I couldn't get up from sitting down when it would happen. I don't remember if it was light or not ( this was a yr ago) but I do rrmeber that pain 😣
@mommybump2016, @ariellesmommy I was wondering cause I just started mine today, I've got light bleeding but super bad cramps, I just want to lay in bed all day bad. I'm 8 weeks pp.
Heavy bleeding it was bad and I had a couple of bad cramps but the bleeding is what got me
I just had mine and I'm almost 8months pp. WORST PERIOD EVER.
