I'm just sitting up in my living room in Peace & Quietness, eating a bowl of cereal, looking outside at the trees blowing in the wind🍃, until I heard my down stairs neighbor yelling, "Are you serious!" Real loud & I matter of seconds I heard their Baby screaming from the top of his/her lungs from a popping, "I'm thinking to myself aww poor baby." I think the baby maybe 4 or 5 months old.👶I just believe in keeping a close eye 👀on your Child at all times, which can prevent a lot of things from happening.

@almondeyjoy, I agree with you I just wish they would stop and think about the impact it has on their babies. The world is cruel enough they don't need it at home too.
@serenitysmommy7.25.16, Now that's really sad, I guess all you can do is pray for people like that, because obviously they need it most.
@almondeyjoy, I have a neighbor like that too up by where my grandma lives . Their kids look to be 3 and 7 though. the other day I went out to get the mail and all you could hear was her screaming I don't need your F***ing. permission and the little one just crying and crying . my heart broke.
