I found out at 15 weeks for two of my pregnancies and they were 100% accurate

doctor told me i was having a boy at 12 weeks from ultrasound then it was confirmed by bloodtest 2 weeks later

Depends on baby, a friend found out at 13 weeks

The only thing is the boy parts if it is a boy may not be big enough to destinguish actual gender, so they may just say girl
