How old was your child before you stopped writing down every diaper change, feeding session, and naptime?

I do do feedings still but stopped diaper changings around 5 months. He's 7 months now.

I used an app. Baby Day Book. It helped a lot the first few months. But I think I stopped keeping track around 2 or 3 months.
