try mixing it.. 6mo is when the Virgin gut in your baby closes but still gotta take it easy.. I'd do more parts water or breastmilk and in moderation. pedialyte is a lot of "junk" for a tiny tummy to process and break down.. @babyn2015

@babyn2015, oh awe poor baby. Well yes you can but like @gypsy.soul2 said its not very good for the baby. Try looking on the back of your insurance card for the nurse line. They may have a better option for you.

you have to water it down though! my son was prescribed it at 6 months when he had diareeah. @babyn2015 the pharmacy lady told us and so did our doctor. my son was so sick and wouldn't take a bottle so we had to syringe feed it to him in the ER.

call the er and ask if you should take your baby in. because my son had diarrhea and the hospital said there's nothing they can do but to bring the baby back if he is throwing up or has a fever, because babies can get dehydrated within hours of being like that. so call the er, and also try the half juice and half water, no formula(its not recommend while they have diarrhea/vomiting).
