What's your normal heart rate at midwife appointments?

@leighamy123 Yeah, in your notes hun :) But I always watch when she puts the blood pressure machine on my arm..as it reads the heart rate too xx

I think it's naturally higher in pregnancy anyway

mines always elevated between 105 and 109 even resting it's totally normal :) xx

Some fitbit users reported that their heart rate monitor was broken later to find out they were actually pregnant! xx

@leighamy123 Mine was 100-106 in pregnancy :) the heart has to work harder in pregnancy :) Drink plenty of water :) x

I think it depends on each person xx

mine has been 120-130 resting all the way through my pregnancy and the doctors tell me that I only need to worry if I have chest pain, shortness of breath or if I get light headed and confused. :) x

if you carry on feeling rubbish though maybe ask your midwife to check your iron levels as low iron can raise your heart rate slightly but it could just be normal as your body has to work harder to push blood around :) xx
