Unfortunately I've found it happens. Me and my oh agreed on a name and everyone said no. I told them to do one because it's our child not theirs. Ignore them. (: xx

Haha, my mum was like this when I was suggesting names. When bubba arrived(still had to think of a name) and I suggested the names she hated before..she suddenly liked them lol 😂😂😂 My brother is called Joshua by the way xD Love the name! If it wasn't my brothers name and I had a boy...I would've called him Joshua xx

Exactly the same with me I was pretty much set on Ava at first for my little girl everyone liked it but now I've changed to a new name and most people are saying oh no I prefer Ava. It's my baby I will call her what I want! Your always get people saying stuff but in the end it will become so natural no one will ever remember not liking the name and anyway it's your baby so who cares! Xx
