for the more iron part, start eating foods that's high in iron or they will put you on iron medicine which tastes terrible, and say you might need a iron infusion during birth.

Just take iron pills and your hearts beating because you are being active... There's nothing wrong the more active you are the harder you heart pumps

Each pregnancy is different. That's part of being iron deficient I'm anemic as well I take iron pills daily

Smh I'm going to get on top of it then to prevent it from getting that far. But it's hard because I'm so sick & pills come back up @lilybug

your body produces more blood while pregnant and tour heart has to beat harder. its normal and a good sign
