I don't think it's normal to lose mucus plug so early.. how many weeks are you?

I am 21 but I've lost parts of it multiple times already and my doctor didn't seem to care. I lost three times as much this time tho .

@bkrettler11497, it is normal but since you have other issue contact your doctor. The mucous plug grows back but if your cervix is softening ask your doctor.

I've been having contractions too but not close together so they just say I need to relax and send me home .

and they get irratated when I call and ask about stuff like this

i was treated like that as well and they acted like nithing was wrong im now about to be 28 weeks and im dilated my cervix is significantly shorter they had to give me stuff to stop contractions and a steroid to help her lungs develop if you feel somethings wrong go in i kept telling them and now they finally see it

@fallenwarrior, they just get so pissy and don't even do anything , last time I went in and they just made me drink water that's it and then sent me home .

it's just crazy that they are being paid to take care of things and then get so pissy over it

It depends on the context, I don't think any of us are doctors the best thing to do would be to discuss what doctor meant and what you should expect.@bkrettler11497

@suprise4, he didn't say much at my last appointment but moved my appointments to every two weeks and had me on strict bed rest two days before my appointment.

I just wish they would give me more details and not get mad when I ask for information
