@marinesrodeo9394, it's basically overnight pads that you put witch hazel, aloe Vera gel and some people put lavender essential oil and then you freeze them and they help with the pain, swelling and itching after you deliver. They make a version of them at the hospital for you with baby diapers and they are heaven.
