mines been coming out in bits and pieces since 33 weeks. it can regenerate so don't worry mama! just pay attention to your body. the only real legitimate sign of labor is contractions that will not go away with drinking water or laying down. don't worry about anything you and baby will be fine:)

don't worry, it can actually regenerate. it doesn't necessarily mean that you will go into labor right away.
