The pills make me puke

I take gummies. I can't swallow pills and they are adequate in comparison. I use these! I don't like the lemon ones though little sour.

I used to take the gummies but the after taste drove me insane

I couldn't take the pills in the beginning but they made me sick so I went to gummies but they just got gross and to hard to take so now I'm back on my pills I cut them in half and drink them with juice so much easier now to take them

@desssss, i use to cute them in half untill they started giving me the gel caps that are like twice as big

I take the alive gummies because my prenatals were huge and I kept throwing them up. The only thing with the gummies is that there's no iron, so I just bought slow releasing iron capsules. Make sure you get a gummy with biotin.
