I attempted a water birth but couldn't because when my water was broken there was meconium present. I was upset but I was able to sit in the tub and relax for as long as I wanted which is better than not at all. Mine was all natural.

Meconium is when the baby poops in the womb (their first poop). She literally just popped when my water broke too. It was barely present but because of it being present a water birth was out of the question due to the possibility of infection. Or the possibility of the baby swill owing meconium. It's okay I still got to relax in the water with jets on my back. You'll enjoy it. It's relaxing and helps take your mind off the contractions.

Okay I know about the first poop did t know what it was called lol but I do enjoy baths I have not doubt I'll love one during labor!!

Oh trust me you'll love it if that's the case lol. If you choose a water birth you can't have the epidural though. Just to warn you ahead of time.

I so want to do one! I'm going to ask is that an option on Monday I did natural last year the worst part was that ring of fire lordy but it wasn't as bad as a lot of people made it seem now if I can get a water birth under my belt 😊

I would choose water birth. It's relaxing and probably won't hurt as bad lol
