@baby_lillis, it really gets to me when someone posts a picture of their baby in the car seat and everyone jumps on that person because something is "wrong". I had the car seat facing forward for like a week till I figured out that there's another spot to put the seatbelt and turned it around, but as long as a baby is in the car seat who cares.

Car seat safety and what you feed your child are two completely different things people point out mistakes to help protect your child not to judge you car seat safety is a big deal so no you can't have that attitude well my kids in a car seat that's all that matters cause no that's not all the matters if you don't use the caraway right or have them I the right car seat you might as well not even put them in a carseay

Do you know how many kids get ejected out of cars because they weren't properly buckled I agree on the formula part but most def do not agree on your view of car seats

I had to face my 9 month old first child foward facing 😂😂 she got so sick and threw up every car ride I got so tired of taking apart her car seat every single time ..

I will add I am very car seat anal but with that I just couldn't do it anymore but my second stayed rear facing for 16 months

@franklin0212, it kind of does matter as long as they're in it. every time the car as been pulled over when my oldest was younger, the cops always said well at least you have them in car seats. and buckled seats and the position are two different things, you know that right? @10yearslater0205 I had to face the car seat forward for like a week then turned it around when I saw that there's another spot to put the seat belt thru. my first was facing forward at 1yrs old, and it will probably be the same this time if not maybe longer. I'm not all crazy about the position of the car seat at all like some women are...

I'm a little nutty about it just becasue my friend lost her 4 year old he should have been in a car seat but she had just transferred over to a booster without a back .. But the car puking every ride was terrible .. I hope this one doesn't get sick

@10yearslater0205, we were switching car seats for my oldest who is 4, 5 in Oct. we tried the booster for about a day, and switched back over to the booster with the back part. that's sad tho... I remember being in a booster till like 6, maybe 7. 😂 I would die if my kids ever did that in the car

I agree with those two Mommy's ☝🏼️@franklin0212 @halsey11 Car seat safety should be talked about more, so another Mommy's will know how to put there baby's in right .. And plus it's my opinion Rear Facing for longer is safe and the best choice to make for ur kid!!! If someone is just trying to help u so ur kid will be safe, u should appreciate that. Not get mad and talk mean back to them. That's what Another Mommy's on here are for, to help u not bring u down or make u feel bad. But u not listening or doing what's right for ur child for there safety is just selfish 👎🏼

@aliciafuentes, yes!! My 21 month old is still rear facing . My 3&4(almost 5) year old are still in harnessed seat(they both rfed until 3yr) and my 7 year old JUST went to a HBB (high back booster) 6 months ago! Car seat safety is not something to play with
