periods even if you've always been regular will fluctuate. definitely sounds like a normal period, implantation bleeding also comes with cramps but a lot of the time you'll definitely know. if you stop bleeding in a day or two take a test first thing in the morning after 3 or 4 weeks if you don't get another period (it's more likely to pick up on the pregnancy hormone when you wait a few weeks). good luck
