I had an emotional breakdown..frustrated because i lost my debit card and then they tell me i have to wait 7-10 business days to get another one.. And thst they dont offer expedited options..i have a scheduled docs appt tuesday where i very much need to pay for my visit and i havent seen my doc since week 24..now i have to push it back a whole week..and i have no access to my funds..thank god for my husband because i almost threw my phone at the tv..he calmed me down im still irritated though..now i want chili cheese fries lol

Because i bank with a credit union only based out of northern and central cali..i hate all the major banks like wells bofa and chase so i just kept my bank for my home town Golden 1.. They dont even have a sister branch in vegas.. Its either drive to bakersfield or wait.. I just took my car to honda for a recall so idk how long they are keeping it for.. @eliza96 @dreamie702 . the only reason why i kept this debit card because im going to buy my first house through them and i love their new homeowners program..i never had any issues before until now.. 😞😞

@dohmommy2016, @candacelouise my bank is in California.. They dont have a sister branch in vegas..i even asked if i could go to another credit union and identify myself to pull the funds out..they told me no in like 5 languages 😂😂😂😂

@ftmommieoftwiinz, damn! A little late now but i would look into switching banks. Just so you aren't in this situation again. & it doesn't seem like they are trying to be very helpful either! I'm assuming you don't have checks to that account either?
