Ok so at my apt yesterday, I wasn't told I have high blood pressure or anything but waking up…

Ok so at my apt yesterday, I wasn't told I have high blood pressure or anything but waking up today... My head feels funny and off an on hurts, my whole body feels just, off and Im nauseous ... I also can't move fast or I feel like I'm gonna fall over.I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow, any ideas as to what this is? Iv looked it up and everything I read talked about labor soon but ... I'm just not sure.
