This is gonna sound odd cause this isn't my first pregnancy but would you say it safe to have some benylin mucus cough medicine? As this cough I have keeps making me gag x

try drinking apple juice, it will break the mucus down on your chest. I swear by it. always works for me and its good for kids as well @bambi1254 x

You can have any cough mixture that's ok for babies under 3 months. speak to your pharmacist I had a terrible cough for about 2 months and the pharmacy gave me something
