Had horrible lower back pain last night, took some Tylenol and went to sleep. Woke up this morning and it was still there and I'm still sick with a cold and now I have a headache and threw up twice. Chest and head both feel heavy and I just wanna take some NyQuil and knock myself out bc NyQuil ALWAYS makes me feel better when I'm sick! But nope can't do that! Oh the joys of pregnancy 😭

nothinggg at all and i feel it most when i sleep its the worst!

i have it contantly. im 35 weeks. try heating pad n Tylenol. it usually helps ease it a lil so its not so bad

@navywifej, the one time it isn't that bad is when I sleep!! I feel it constantly when I'm sitting or standing.
@marmienikki19 I tried Tylenol but it's not helping and my heat pad ripped so I have to get a new one 😕
