It's your s.i joint. I get it too in my left butt cheek. feels like it has to pop but it wont. apparently it's the added weight on that joint that causes discomfort. not much you can do but stretch. I pull my bent leg up towards my chest to sometimes get some relief. my ob said that it will go away after labor
