PS- I'm not sure how I didn't find you sooner. I have a 29 weeker. I saw you have breastfeeding concerns, did everyone answer your questions? Message me if you ever need to talk about preemie/nicu stuff, breastfeeding, motherhood in general stuff, or just to vent about life.
It's harder, and easier, if that makes sense. I would say it depends on how much your lil one is taking in at each feed. For my 29 weeker, the lactation consultant said by 2 weeks old she wanted me to be pumping 20-30oz in a 24 hour time frame.

No they never did get answered.. I feel like its a lot harder with preemie .. How much milk is a good amount to pump a day? @kimberlyyyy

Are you doing a pumping log? Pumping every 2 1/2- 3 hours?
