I think every state is different. But i live in Louisiana and with my daughter I got 9 cans then at like 3 months or so started getting 10 cans then at like 7 months went down to like 6 cans a month.

it depends on your childs age & if they're still breastfeeding. the twins are 9 months now so they get 11 cans each + the baby food and cereal

Just curious.....30-40 cans a month? That's more than a whole can a day which usually makes enough bottles for half a week or so. Or do you mean something different?

& yes @jacesterlingsmommy but those cans were like the size of canned vegetables but from my understanding a lot of brands like Similac no longer carry that type anymore

@jacesterlingsmommy, the cans that you get from wic are the smaller ones which last about 2-3day most. and liquid cans you get more than powder.

If you tell them your breastfeeding and bottle feeding they will give you less formula.

Ok just wondering. I'm on wic but am a FTM so I haven't gotten any formula from it before. I was just picturing the big 1.4.# containers from like walmart. Makes sense. I know the liquid goes super fast but nice because it's already prepared. Thanks! @momof2delvinanzalaya @kelseys

It's weird how different states give differnet brands. Here in illinois it's enfamil. I know in others it's similac.

In GA I got 9 cans a month (similac alimentum) for the first 6 months and now she gets 6 cans a month. We started giving her some almond milk a couple weeks ago to get her used to non formula.
