Alternative to taking prenatal vitamins ??? Will any other vitamins do the job ???

I just take the gummy multi vitamins. Dr said they are perfectly OK!

If they're making you sick, try getting vitafol nano ones prescribed to you. Most of the time, if your prenatal is making you sick, it's the iron content in it. Most contain over 25mg of iron, and lots of pregnant women are sensitive to it. Vitafol nano only has 18mg. It's the only prenatal I can take. They're also smaller than a aspirin. So they're super easy to take..
