How does everyone else handle the sleep deprivation of a newborn? I feel so depressed
Ask for help from relatives or friends, baby blues is really common. But just a half hour to yourself every other day is enough to make a big difference. The social interaction helps too. You don't have to jump to medication right away if that's not something you're comfortable with.
I was talking about to help with your depression, it doesn't make u sleepy
