Ask for help from relatives or friends, baby blues is really common. But just a half hour to yourself every other day is enough to make a big difference. The social interaction helps too. You don't have to jump to medication right away if that's not something you're comfortable with.

I talked to my doctor...he prescribed me something to help...it will pass momma! 😊 talk to sombody, friends or family
